Looks good, I prefer pan fried burgers above barbequed as well. You need to tell us how you made the mayonnaise though, it looks really delicious!

A little bit of an Olive Garden pitch at the beginning, but still a great recipe. Really worth trying this one if you’re into beef and tomato based dishes.

That’s an interesting dish. I like how the cook is totally enthusiastic about making this one, nice one!

They look very yummy, but I don’t think I can get myself to use Crisco.

A perfect recipe for this delicious veal stew dish. Kind of a long video with a lot of unnecessary “I love Italy” talk, but they can’t help themselves cause this dish has passion!

Maria keeps her cool while cooking as her son walks in front of the camera, shouts in the background and even bumps into the tripod. I think he let the dog loose on her to test her culinary focus as well. And yes, she pulls off the dish well without loosing it.

Very nice recipe John! Great job walking me through the process and explaining every detail. Can’t wait to try this one during my next Thai dinner.

This is a good dish with a really down to earth approach. I might use less cognac though. Good job on all the camera angles and cooking at the same time.
