Was that Gypsy Kings playing in the background? Video recipe looks good - thanks! It looks like the last couple minutes of the video aren’t about cooking…

She really beats the hell out of that chicken (while rocking out hard). Cool video picture in picture effect while cooking.
More about this on the wiki page.

He offers some very good reasons why everyone should make their own stock at home, and then shows you how to do it properly. Good one!

Looks great, nice recipe definitely worth trying! The audio was a little messed up, but I got the idea.

Heather puts together this great dish in just a few minutes. Nice explanation of the process too.

Meaning “Baker’s Oven Chicken” these ingredients used to be placed in a pot and brought to the local baker for a long cook session. Evidently a traditional Alsacian dish with French, German and Swiss influences. Delicious!

This dish is so good. Here is the traditional method of preparing this Thai wonder.

This dudes are awesome. Electric burners, running out of olive oil, dirty dishes in the sink. I love Luke and Andrew’s dedication to this dish and pulling it off well despite their modest kitchen.

Don’t think I’ve ever seen this dish in Italy, but it looks good. Maybe it was created just for the Olive Garden - lots of meat and pasta all served in one dish: not authentic, but still tasty.

You don’t need to understand Italian to see the details on making this awesome appetizer. The liver mixture is great served hot or cold as he mentions in this video.
