I haven’t made this soup, but it’s something that I really want to try. Looks like it produces some really rich flavors and I like her presentation ideas at the end of the video.

Maria keeps her cool while cooking as her son walks in front of the camera, shouts in the background and even bumps into the tripod. I think he let the dog loose on her to test her culinary focus as well. And yes, she pulls off the dish well without loosing it.

Jacques is the best. Here he is making a delicious French country soup, mostly made out of the vegetables found in most of our refrigerators.
