I use a very similar technique. I like how Jenny explains every reason for why she does it that way, very helpful. I learned something new regarding adding the lemon.

I haven’t made this soup, but it’s something that I really want to try. Looks like it produces some really rich flavors and I like her presentation ideas at the end of the video.
